I-1B系列螺桿泵是一種單螺桿式輸運泵，它的主要工作部件是偏心螺旋體的螺桿(稱轉子)和內表面呈雙線螺旋面的螺桿襯套(稱定子)。其工作原理是當電動機帶動泵軸轉動時，螺桿一方面繞本身的軸線旋轉，另一方面它又沿襯套內表滾動，于是形成泵的密封腔室。螺桿每轉一周，密封腔中的液體向前推進一個螺距。隨著螺桿的連續傳動，液體以螺旋形方式從一個密封腔壓向另一個密封腔，最后擠出泵體。
螺桿泵是一種新型的輸送液體的機械，具有結構簡單、工作安全可靠、使用維修方便、出液連續均勻、壓力穩定等優點。我單位生產的濃漿泵凡接觸物料的金屬零件均選用優質耐酸不銹鋼制作，襯筒采用無毒無味的橡膠、工作溫度可達120℃，可用于輸送食品漿料和粘度10000泊斯卡·秒含有固體顆�；蚰z塊的溶液漿，懸浮液的腐蝕性介質。廣泛用于食品、冶金、化工、印染、造紙、陶瓷等工業部門。
I-1B series screw pump is a kind of single screw delivery pump, main working elements including eccentric screw (called rotor) and screw lining (called stator) with bilinear spiral in inside surface. Its working principle is that, when motor drives the pump shaft running, the screw will be not only running along with its own axes, but also rolling along with the inside surface of lining, in this way to form up the sealing chamber of pump. Once the screw turns a circle, the liquid inside the sealing chamber will be pushed forward by a pitch. With the continuous driving of screw, liquid will be pressed from one sealing chamber to another in spiral shape, and finally be extruded out of the pump body.
Screw pump is a late-model solution to handle liquid, which is featured by simple structure, safe operation, easy maintenance, continuously even discharge and stable pressure. As to our thick slurry pumps, the metal components to be in contact with medium are all made of quality acidproof stainless steel. The bushing is made of nontoxic and scentless rubber. The working temperature can be as high as 120℃. Used to handle food slurry, and liquor slurry containing solid particles or glue pieces, viscosity at 10,000 pascal? s, as well as corrosive medium containing suspending liquid, it is widely used in the industries of foodstuff, metallurgy, chemical, printing, dyeing, papermaking and ceramics etc.
