本單位在原有立式多級泵基礎上根據對消防泵的最新標準要求進行開發出的新一代XBD(I)型中低壓消防泵組產品。該系列泵在性能、結構、材料和配套上均滿足消防泵的要求。由于采用優秀的水力模型，因此該系列泵具有滿足用戶要求；采用立式泵結構，具有效率高、性能范圍廣的特點，可更好地節省占地面積的優點；采用優質軸承的優質電機，使泵運行更為安全可靠、噪聲低、振動��；采用水力平衡軸向力，減少平衡鼓，可使運行更為平穩。其軸封有機械密封和填料密封兩種形式，該泵具有進出水法蘭管線布置、轉速高、重量輕等特點。
XBD (I) medium and low pressure fire pump unit is a new generation developed on the base of the former vertical multistage pump, which is in compliance with the latest standard on fire pumps. This series of pumps can meet the requirements of fire pump in respect of performance, structure, materials and configuration. Thanks to the use of advanced hydraulic model, it can well meet users’ expectations. This pump takes a vertical structure to feature high efficiency and wide range of performance, and to better save occupation space. The superior motor with nice bearing makes it working with secure dependability, low noise and little vibration. Hydraulically balanced axial force to reduce balancing drum, making operation more smoothly. Shaft seal can be mechanical seal or packing seal. This pump is featured by sound pipeline arrangement of inlet and outlet flanges, high speed and light weight.
